Transforming a 1990s Condo with Modern Flair
The scope involved a complete interior renovation of this dated 1990s condo unit. The original apartment featured an awkward layout with angled walls and an oval foyer, which we reimagined into an open, orthogonal floor plan with a contemporary aesthetic. One key challenge was creating an interesting, functional foyer space. We achieved this by installing a striking textured walnut panel as a focal point, highlighted by a trio of cool ceiling fixtures and LED strip lighting. Upon entry, the amazing sea view is visible at the far end, while the journey through space remains engaging. The kitchen was redesigned as an open, integrated space connecting to the dining and family room areas. The primary suite received a full reconfiguration, including an expansive walk-in closet and a luxurious bathroom with a double shower and makeup vanity overlooking the sea view.

The client was initially unsure about a full renovation but was thrilled with the comprehensive redesign proposal, resulting in a stunning modern space tailored to their lifestyle.
