How to revive an old condo from 1985 and make it current and fresh again… This is the story of this apartment, old and outdated but located on the beach at  Bal Harbour.

The recipe for success was relocating the kitchen to make it open to the dining, Making an open den that can be closed with pocket doors to convert it into a guest bath with a new bathroom on suite. All other bedrooms and bathrooms retiled  using a light grey and taupe color palette with blue accents. walnut wood panels including built in sconces and indirect light  strategically located helped us solve the low ceiling issue and the necessity for more light. The clients could not believe the change  when they came in to their new apartment!!
